  • Chili flakes / Fresh Chili
  • Toasted rice (Kao Kua)
  • Lemon juice
  • Fermented fish/ Sauce fish

It’s better to eat cooked  Red Ant Eggs very well before you will eat them. Because of the prevention of bacteria and viruses as well.

About my personality, I like to eat cooked Red Ant Eggs as two menus first it is cooked Red Ant Eggs soup with fish; the second one, is Omelette with Ant eggs. Actually, I don’t like to raw or uncooked well food. So, I don’t like to eat Raw Red Ant Eggs Salad. I prefer and would love to eat cooked food instead.

Ant Eggs has a sweet and soft taste. Someone cannot eat spicy foods, then you don’t put chili on these menus.
